Breakfasts

Updating after a long break!

The kids are now almost 8, 2, and 8 months. They are all GFCF.

Here are some things they're eating for breakfast these days:

Glutino Breakfast Bars in Cranberry, Blueberry and Apple. (They also like the chocolate banana ones but we use those as dessert!)

Gillian's Foods Cinnamon Raisin Rolls

Corn Chex are now GFCF too! They have a list on their website of several gluten-free cereals, many of which I've never seen. If you find them near you, check them out to see if they're also casein free!

I also make traditional bacon, eggs and toast (with GFCF bread. I've been buying Ener-G mostly.). Sometimes I'll swap the toast out for hash browns.
