Breakfast:
Breakfast taco
Scrambled eggs
(cooked in oil, scrambled with soy milk)
Bacon
Warm corn tortilla
Salsa to dip
Soy milk

Lunch:
Chicken taquitos*
Refried Beans
Peas and Carrots
OJ

Snack:
Minute Maid Juice Bar

Dinner:
Ethnic Gourmet Lemongrass and Basil Chicken
Soy milk

My son is 7 on GF/CF for 291 days now. We also eliminated HFCS High Fructose Corn Syrup and found this to be a HUGE benefit. Maybe better than gluten and casein combined with eye contact, speech and ticks. now when he gets something with this we see how difficult life used to be. The Minute Maid juice bars and many other products, including applesauce contain this. I would suggest eliminating this for 3 weeks and see how you do!
